More Garbage News

If you are a customer of Quality Waste Service, you soon will have a new carrier and your billings will come from the new owner, Waste Pro.

According to Quality's president, Richard Watson, "Rates for current customers will remain the same and service will continue uninterrupted." Watson, who said he will remain involved with the business as Waste Pro's operations manager, emphasized that "the only thing that will change is the name of the company."

In a March 30 Gwinnett Daily Post Letter to the Editor, John Bellamy , a representative of Waste Pro, explained that Waste Pro "was and is a fully licensed residential hauler in Gwinnett County." "The good people of Quality Waste are now part of the Waste Pro family, and they will continue to help us build upon our combined reputation for great services at fair prices throughout the county."

"To avoid confusion," wrote Bellamy, "all vehicles will be repainted to Waste Pro's specifications, and all billings and customer service functions will reflect Waste Pro as the provider."

If you have any questions about the changeover from Quality to Waste Pro, please contact Waste Pro at 770.777.1447.
